Relaxation

In our Spa & Wellness area you can relax completely.

Fill up on warmth in our sauna according to the motto "hot & cold" and then cool down with a cool shower and refreshing drinks that are always ready for you.

Our Finnish sauna has a constant 90°C and for cooling off after the sauna there are two foot basins available for alternating baths and pubs as well as 2 showers.

Besides the Finnish sauna there is also a whirlpool and an infrared cabin in our sauna area.

Regular sauna sessions are also very healthy for your body, because...

  • ... this reduces the risk of catching a cold as your immune system is strengthened
  • ... get your circulation going
  • ... your skin is cleansed by the heat and the sweat it generates

Tips for your sauna session

  1. Don't rush off for your sauna, get in relaxed and enjoy.
  2. Take a shower before your sauna session and remove make-up - cleansed and dry skin sweats faster.
  3. Do not stay in the heater for more than 10 minutes during the first sauna session.
  4. The higher the bench, the higher the temperature.
  5. Spend the last 2 minutes sitting on the lowest bench to get the body used to an upright posture again.
  6. Cool down after the sauna session, preferably with cold water and on the legs, so that the heart slowly gets used to the comparatively cold temperature again.
  7. Warm baths should be avoided after the sauna, otherwise there is no relaxation effect.
  8. After the sauna session, plan a rest phase, the phase should be at least as long as the sauna session itself.
  9. Now the fun starts all over again and this time you can stay in the sauna for up to 15 minutes.

Please do not go to the sauna under the influence of alcohol or if you have cardiovascular problems or diseases.
